Will we lose subscribers or consent data when we migrate?
No. Profiles, consent status, tags and purchase history are mapped over, and anyone who unsubscribed or was suppressed on your old platform stays suppressed in Klaviyo, so you stay compliant.
Does our past email history come with us?
Profiles, lists, custom properties and order history move over. Campaign stats from your old platform don't carry into Klaviyo's reports, so we export them for your records before the switch.
How long does setup take?
A fresh setup usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. A migration with list cleanup and core flows usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, followed by a 4 to 6 week sending warm-up.
Who owns the Klaviyo account?
